30 hours per week – must be fully flexible 7 days per week

We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual who believes in our values and embodies our ethos; someone who is highly commercial, great at selling and thrives on delivering results. You must have exceptionally high standards for customer service and have experience working towards KPI targets.
This role takes full accountability for driving the success of the sex toy department; maximising sales, analysing performance and reporting, controlling visual presentation and creating a memorable customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the wider store team have thorough, up to date knowledge of the toy ranges and how to present the benefits and features to our customers.
Skills required:
A passion for the Ann Summers brand
A drive for achieving sales targets with a flair for selling
Experience gained in a service focused retail environment
Able to demonstrate results
Experience of driving KPIs
Strong business acumen
Focused on giving a high level of customer service
Ability to train colleagues
A keen eye for detail and a flare for VM
