About the Role
A reason why David Lloyd Leisure Clubs are popular with families is our extraordinary success with teaching children how to swim.
Many thousands of people first learned to swim in one of our 150 pools. Their experiences were formed by the Club’s structured approach, developed over many years.
Our swimming instructors are responsible for giving children swimming lessons and helping to make sure they run at maximum occupancy. So, it’s not enough to be a swimming fanatic who is excellent with children. David Lloyd Leisure Swimming Instructors must be experts in their field.
You need to understand how to teach children’s swimming effectively and be ASA qualified to ensure our members are always learning something new and having fun. After all, bored children tend to drop out of their lessons.
You’ll be a dedicated Swim professional, who leads by example and is entirely committed to helping the members achieve their aims.
