Our pro’s are equipped with a $150,000 RoboGolf Pro Teaching Tool, Access to Trackman, Kvest, Boditrak and various other tools to provide the maximum amount of feedback to help quantify success metrics and accelerate our students’ learning.

Fairweather Golf formed a partnership with RoboGolf Pro in 2016 and since has taught over 3000 students across the southeast of England.

With facilities in Ascot, Berkshire and Greenwich Peninsula, London. Fairweather have strategically positioned themselves in the densely populated heartlands of well heeled Golfers. Our Ascot Facility is just a short hop skip and a jump from some of the UK premier Golfing destinations (Wentworth, Sunningdale, Queen Wood, Swinley Forrest, The Berkshire) and our Greenwich Peninsula facility on the thames looking directly into Canary Wharf

Job

Put simply, the Job of a Fairweather Golf Pro is to deliver the best coaching experience our students have ever had. Leveraging the world most advance golf coaching tool Robo Golf Pro. Through our extensive marketing efforts Fairweather Golf will drive lessons into you diary, Your Job is to give a class leading experience and turn that student into a Fairweather Fanatic. As well as our own marketing efforts we expect our Pros to utilise the opportunity we provide being located at some of the busiest opportunity Rich facilities in the Country and speak to golfer on the range about the fairweather experience and evangelise about our teaching tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the UKs best golf coaching experience and as a by product drive revenue through your location.

You will be responsible for management of your own diary and ensuring it is filled.

You will be expected to deliver in excess of 100 lessons per month.

You will be responsible for the up keep of you area, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and minor maintenance tasks for your equipment.

Earnings

Earnings at Fairweather uncapped. Fairweather set a lesson floor Price for rental and equipment usage. You set your margin.

Typically Pros will earn between £50 – 100 per hour delivered.

Expected first years earning IRO £45-65K

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
