Customer Service Advisor
Permanent, 37.5 Hours per week : 5 Days out of 7 including weekends : £7-£9 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team, within Bentall’s Kingston.
About the role
Our Customer Service Advisors support our online and in-store customers with queries via phone or email, ensuring the customer experience is unparalleled and striving to exceed customer expectations.
You will manage all inbound customer contacts within the Service Level Agreement, ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly, whilst delivering a customer experience that is aligned with the luxury in-store experience our customers expect, leaving each customer with a fantastic lasting impression of the Fenwick.
About the team
Customer Service is our passion. Our online presence is growing rapidly and we are looking for new team members to join this exciting department. Working alongside Jenny and the rest of the team you will be key in delivering excellent customer service to the discerning Fenwick customer, always looking for ways to enhance our customer’s online experience.
We work closely with the eCommerce team which includes our digital marketing and digital development colleagues and have daily contact with our retail colleagues who run the pick, pack and despatch operation, so you’ll interact with some fantastic teams on your journey here!
Our contacts with customers come from phone calls, emails, web forms, live chat and social channels so working in customer service is always busy and exciting. You will learn a variety of different processes and procedures one by one and have the opportunity for ongoing development within the team.

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
Experience working in a customer service role with a call centre environment – desirable
IT literate, with the ability to work across multiple systems at once
