About The Role
We are currently looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to deliver impactful internal communication to Foxtons employees to champion our culture, drive engagement and inform Foxtons employees on relevant topics.
Task & Duties:
Deliver the internal communications strategy; creating and implementing centralised processes for internal communication at Foxtons.
Writing, editing and collating relevant content to inform and engage Foxtons employees across a broad range of topics.
Design an annual schedule of communications.
Ensure all internal communications are consistent, on-brand and effective, and regularly evaluate the impact with groups of stakeholders.
Effective management of Foxtons intranet with regular, updated content.
Keep on top of industry trends and market intelligence, to ensure internal messages are topical and relevant.
Work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes, including working on our external brand.
The successful candidate will report into our Chief People Officer, giving them fantastic insight and exposure to diverse aspects of the business.
