Full Job Description
Trainee Manager:

Due to opening our new Hampton by Hilton on Piccadilly in May, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Hampton by Hilton team. Working at either the Hampton by Hilton on Toft Green or the new Hampton by Hilton on Piccadilly. As a Management Trainee, you will spend time gaining an overview of every department of the hotel, in order to gain a sound knowledge of each department. You will be required to be flexible to work in any department as this is a multi-skilled role. Following successful completion of your training you would be expected to carry our Duty Management shifts and cover Reception and Food & Beverage shifts as an when required.

The departments you will spend time in are as follows:

1. Sales/Reservations

2. F&B Supervision

3. Reception Management

4. Guest Service Management

5. Housekeeping/Maintenance

Must be 18 years or over in order to be able to serve alcohol.

Full in house training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Full time: 39 Hours

Salary: £18,500 per year
