Our Marketing Team are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This role is full time, 40 hours per week, and based at our Head Office in Royston, Hertfordshire. Flexible home-based working will be available.
As Retail Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Marketing Manager to develop and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget. You will own and develop the Retail Marketing critical path and calendar to ensure deadlines are met and develop and deliver campaign collateral to the retail estate, from brief to execution.
SHOW US HOW ITS DONE
Work with the Retail Marketing Manager to develop and maintain the Retail Marketing and Local Marketing Strategy.
Maintain and develop the Retail Marketing critical path and calendar to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time.
Complete briefs and allocations via the Marketing Portal accurately and to a high standard.
Communicate with agencies and suppliers to ensure collateral is rolled out to the retail estate correctly and on time.
Own all communications from Marketing out to the retail estate via the internal communication portal.
Act as point of contact to the retail estate, following up and seeking opportunities.
Manage Marketing inboxes and respond in a timely manner.
Own the PO and invoicing process for the Retail Marketing team.
Manage the execution of tactical promotions.
Maintain and develop various online listings, including Trip Advisor, Google Maps.
Own the master store database to ensure store characteristics are up-to-date and accurate.
WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU HAVE
Essential
Previous Marketing experience including exposure to critical path and campaign briefs.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline.
Experience within Retail.
Previous administration experience.
