Relationship Director – Corporate Banking

The Relationship Director – Corporate Banking role is based within Commercial Banking.
The role is a full relationship management role to engage with our existing and prospective customers to help them realise their ambitions. As Relationship Director, you will operate as a trusted advisor to our existing and prospective customers with a turnover of between 10M and 350M.
Customer portfolios will consist of both domestic and international relationships and will involve managing all aspects of the relationship including operational and credit risk. Your success will be creating and maintaining strong and evolving partnerships internally and externally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank’s profile in the local business and wider community
Supporting customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do,
Seeking new opportunities whilst servicing current customers
Building a network internally and externally
Along with the support and collaboration of your team, supporting our customers end to end
Qualifications

Have you experience working in similar environments to Corporate Banking or Financial Services?
Are you able to identify and meet customer’s needs?
Do you enjoy offering the best customer service?
Will you enjoy the challenge of managing complex customer relationships?
Do you have the written and spoken communication skills to help you be successful?
Have you strong desire and ability to build effective networks across business areas?
Risk management is at the heart to everything we do. Have you a good understanding of risk management and experience of ensuring own/others’ compliance with relevant regulatory processes?
Have you got experience managing diverse and complex relationships?
The base location for this role is London, need to be in the office once every two weeks, the rest for the time working from home.
