In this job as Global Brand Insights Manager you will play a meaningful role in leading and executing research projects to support insights-led decision making for the Global Brand Development business based on strong brand communication understanding with focus on trends, people and cultures.
More specifically you will:
Lead ad hoc research projects as well as develop, implement and maintain brand scorecard across LEGO® entities.
Lead brand campaign, content and comms evaluation and tracking
Drive innovative and game-changing research approaches and methodologies (incl. Mastering and understanding of trends, semiotics)
Work closely with Global Insights business partners to define insights needs that unlock Brand growth.
Balance art and science of insights and data for business application
Manage partnerships with new and existing external insights partners

Based out of London, you will be part of a newly formed Global Insights Center of Excellence team within our Global Insights organisation and take part in an exciting change journey. Our vision is to build the future of the LEGO® brand through encouraging and enabling transformational action.
We accomplish this by ensuring that we take a starting point in a strong and shared insights base and by delivering impactful insights and partnership to the business, fostering an audience first and insights led decision making across the marketing value chain. Global Insights is multi-faceted with different teams working across multiple areas which include e.g. product & marketing innovation research, G2M research, and performance tracking.
Do you have what it takes
The succeed in this position you need to have strong interest and fascination in societal and cultural trends and how this shape consumer decisions and behaviours. You are collaborative and thrive in an international environment. You are therefore used to work across multiple cultures where you effortless bridge global, regional and local processes through insights. You are comfortable presenting and have experience with insights synthesis. This position will take you travelling approx. 30 days a year.
Furthermore, you bring:
5+ years of proven experience from a media agency, research agency, consultancy, or insights/media brand management function in an innovative, fast-paced company
Relevant economic or business education at a masters/MBA level – coupled with an international mindset
A phenomenal track-record of understanding the underlying semiotics
Relevant eye for business and ability to bridge this with generated insights for efficient impact on the business
