Acquire & utilise an understanding of shopping behaviour and the changing retail landscape across Western Europe.
Influence the global development of shopper marketing campaigns and toolboxes.
Development of the regional campaign toolboxes, ensuring an integrated approach to instore and digital for omnichannel customers
Lead best in class execution of retail activation campaigns through collaboration and informal leadership of with Western European Business Units.
Drive forward strategic retail and shopper initiatives to improve regional execution and drive efficiency and effectiveness across Western Europe.

The Western European Marketing Team helps to shape the global marketing agenda and translates this into regional priorities as well as creating regional frameworks for execution.
It covers the functional areas of brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing, PR, media management, marketing planning and marketing performance
Do you have what it takes?
Significant experience within a retail marketing role with a passion for eCommerce as well as strong e-commerce or digital marketing capabilities.
Proven track record of success in this function, ideally from a premium consumer brand or agency.
Shopper-centric orientation with proven experience of acting and developing on shopper insights
A strong collaborator across disciplines and hierarchies to effectively steer a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Proven success at getting the best performance out of marketing agencies.
