Our talent agents are scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast and we’re currently looking for an Operations Shift Leader to assist with the smooth, safe and efficient operation of Madame Tussauds London. You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service standards as well as making sure health and safety remains the number one priority for yourself and your team, guaranteeing effective external queue line management, safe operation of the Spirit of London Ride and well-organised operation of the Marvel 4D Cinema.

What are we looking for?
Experience of working in a health and safety conscious environment
Ability to build a rapport with guests and employees alike
Genuine desire to promote exceptional customer service and memorable experiences
Ability to create a motivational environment
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively
Strong decision-maker
Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor from within a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment
Excellent communication and people skills
A commercial as well as a strategic thinker
Previous experience in hitting customer service KPI and sales targets
This role is a permanent, with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week. Our attractions are open daily and so full availability is needed, including weekend and bank holidays.
