We are looking for an experienced Director of Wine to lead our sommelier team at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

About the role

If you are an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic wine professional with previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, this opportunity is for you! Dinner by Heston Blumenthal would be the perfect place to inspire you to suggest the best food and wine combinations in order to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing the wine list and providing an excellent service in the whole restaurant. You will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards. You will be responsible for the Sommelier team.
