As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing, coordinating and delivering branded content that inspires audiences to book the hotel. The Content Creator will play a key role in designing, organising and implementing on-brand visuals and materials that best represent the hotel both online and offline, from planning through to execution.
Manages all social media channels from planning through to execution, developing strategies and creating relevant content together with the Digital Marketing Manager according to brand guidelines: look, feel, tone of voice.
Assists the Director of Marketing and Communications and Digital Marketing Manager with the creation of ‘on brand/on message’ search driven campaigns, email marketing communications and social media content.
Ongoing content research, creation and distribution across platforms to build engagement, credibility and trust.
Consistently re-evaluates the direction of the business to ensure all content and touch-points remain on-brand.
Oversee creation, organisation, and implementation of collateral and brand content across all departments, both print and digital: Sales, Marketing, HR, Housekeeping, Rooms.
Assist the Sales and Marketing team with updating and creating all marketing materials.
Develop both operational and promotional collateral of the hotel.
Provide a high level of accuracy and creativity, and show strong attention to detail.
To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary.
Full fluency in key applications within the Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Passion for luxury / lifestyle brands, and an understanding of their impact on today’s guest experiences.
Intermediate video editing skills: Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
A good eye for lifestyle photography.
Highly motivated character capable of taking initiative, whilst also proactive and adaptable to the needs of the business.
Good organisational skills, a willingness to learn, as well as genuine interest in travel and luxury lifestyle hospitality and its impact on today’s guests.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
