THE ROLE
As IRD and Mini Bar Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of and responsible for the smooth operational running of the in-room dining service in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Oversee the smooth operational running of the IRD and Mini Bar departments.
Have a complete understanding of budget, targets, forecasts and P&L for your department.
Encourage and support your team to focus on revenue growth and upselling opportunities that enhance our guest’s room service experiences.
Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. If par level is low, order the necessary items from the system. Ensure inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
To make sure the rotation of stock is accurately adhered to and expired items removed prior to a guest’s arrival.
Ensure your team delivers an exceptional room service experience with the utmost discretion for our guests.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a restaurant management role.
Minimum 1 year experience within a 5* Hotel.
Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
