As a Waiter or Waitress of The Lounge restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
To create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Attend and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team.
To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
Make sure all service prep is ready in advance; including table set-up, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper filled, etc.
To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
To be aware of any VIP guests dining with us during your shift and ensure their experience is tailored appropriately
Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
Minimum 1 year experience in a Waiter or Waitress role.
