As a Guest Reservations Agent you will be responsible for assisting all guests with any booking enquiries they may have. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
To assist all guests with their reservations and booking enquiries.
To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
Have a complete understanding of all room options and room availability.
Have a good understanding of department targets and upsell where appropriate.
Anticipates guest’s needs and proactively provide them with personalised experiences and additional services and products.
Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
To build and maintain strong relationships with guests and to recognise those who are on a repeat visit.
To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary.
To ensure that company and statutory standards and legislations are adhered to, so that our hotel, guests and colleagues are kept safe at all times.
To be an ambassador for Nobu and someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a reservation’s role.
Strong understanding of MICROS and OPERA.
