About the Team:
The AO2 Team are responsible for Delivery of the Transformation Roadmap as required to deliver the Unified 3YP. To hold the Business to account with regards to commitment to the Unified Plan and the choices it has to make to deliver on that plan. The team work with a number of stakeholders both internal and external and work on the project is led ultimately by Mark Evans.
Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Scope Business Analyst the role holder will support & have responsibility for the end to end for decisions on the scope of each release. Required to make recommendations on scope which can be clearly communicated to stakeholders and the Programme Team. This will involve prioritisation of capabilities and user stories, integrations and other decisions critical to delivery of a viable and functioning design for each release. It will involve balancing the needs of the Customer and Advisor, Business Users, Commercial and Business case priorities and maximising the solution from our partner, Netcracker.
Responsibilities:
To represent the Programme Portfolio Owner (PPO) team, be responsible for the definition of each Release through the design and build cycle, ultimately you own requirements from across the business and approve they have been correctly captured
To ensure both Epics and the User Stories which are created by the Squads are assigned to the right release and associated scope item
To work with programme stakeholders to prioritise scope items based on identified business needs, be available to answer questions and clarify any points around release scope
To support the completeness of the release including the capability meets our business standards e.g. includes all core stories to meet the agreed scope
Manage the JIRA Backlog for releases you are responsible and complete analysis on the backlog
Have a clear view of demand vs supply and ensure that demand by Netcracker Component is aligned to supply. Where there is a mis-match work with the business to identify options for simplification or deferral
