Your responsibilities

The Supervisor role is essential to ensuring our bar/restaurant service runs smoothly on your shift. You will take care of duties like holding team briefings, allocating resources and directing the team.
A key aspect of the role is inspiring and motivating the bar/restaurant team in their daily duties, ensuring they are focused on exceeding guests’ expectations.
We want you to lead by example to set the tone for the rest of the team. You will showcase the best of customer service, from greeting guests and upselling orders to handling special requests or issues.
You will also make sure the team are suitably trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop. We love leaders who trust in their team and give them the confidence to show their initiative and step up in responsibility.
