You will perform managerial and supervision duties for our Front Office – focusing your team on personalising our service throughout each guest’s stay.
Observes performance to ensure that the integrity and consistency to quality and brand standards, hotel policies and established operating procedures are maintained and delivered at all times.
We want you to continue strengthening our guest-focused culture in Reception and the wider Front Office operation. It will be important to develop your team and giving them increasing accountability for guest satisfaction.
You develop your team’s skills and confidence, so they feel inspired to be proactive and take more individual responsibility. In terms of your own development, you will assist your department head with operational and team member planning.
You will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is co-ordinated and feels seamless.
You carry out Duty Management shifts
You take part in building a strong and solid team by recruiting the right people and assure an inspiring onboarding process

You have built strong confidence in a supervision position within hospitality for at least 2-3 years
You have the ability to work under pressure, to prioritize and to meet deadlines.
You are a true master of a Property Management System (Opera would be great)
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
