We are looking for a Supply Chain C oordinator to join our team in Chiswick Park, West London .

Your role as a Supply Chain Coordinator will require you to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (Buying, Planning, Finance, Distribution, QA and Vendors). As part of the UK Inbound Logistics team, you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of all purchase orders from PO creation, tracking, monitoring right through to achieving an ‘on-time’ delivery.

As the main point of contact for any supply chain challenges that may arise the Inbound Logistics Team will actively investigate any ‘at risk’ purchase orders, proposing solutions to the challenges and working with their partners to achieve the right resolution.

There’s a lot to get excited about in this role as you will be interacting with multiple areas of the business to ensure that all our fabulous products make it to air on time.

Supply Chain Operation Coordinator:

We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills, that enjoys working with people and building strong relationships. Our ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience within a supply chain setting, be confident using Microsoft office particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of shipping and good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
