Samsung Ads (part of ESBO – European Service Business Organisation) is responsible for identifying, evaluating and figuring out new opportunities on top of the global footprint of European Samsung Smart TVs and Mobile devices. The EU advertising team is working to build value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique insights into content consumption in the shifting media landscape.
Rôle et Responsabilités
Purpose of the Role
The Ad Sales Manager is responsible for evangelising the advanced TV advertising business and building the client base for the Samsung Ads European business. This person will build relationships with high-potential advertisers, presenting Samsung’s groundbreaking marketing solutions to senior executives at major brands and their agencies.
The Ad Sales Manager will be empowered to develop sales pipelines and to develop a strategy for long-term success by uncovering the business needs of key direct clients. This position will work closely with the account management team to help make an extraordinary brand building solution for advertisers and to ensure our clients achieve their advertising goals.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mind-set, taking ownership in creating opportunities.
Initiate, structure and negotiate high impact partnerships with client direct content partners.
Build, prioritise, manage and communicate an active pipeline of brands.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets as a trusted adviser through data driven approach.
Demonstrate communication and relationship-building skills to develop new business.
Educate new advertisers on the benefits of advanced TV and persuade them to shift their marketing strategies from traditional media to digital/advanced TV
Analysis of Proprietary Samsung TV data to build compelling sales insights that drive revenue outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
Outstanding multi-tasking and teamwork capabilities
Validated experience in full lifecycle sales at a media-owner, technology, or media-agency with experience in TV advertising, digital media, and advertising platforms.
Experience building a book of business and managing against quotas.
Understanding of digital media and the online advertising industry.
Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Thrives in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.
