We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join the team at our luxury 200+ bedroom property in Kensington. As Assistant Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Front of House departments.
The Role
You will support the Front of House Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front of House department and delivery of departmental performance and standards to a 5-star level. You will help lead and manage the Reception, Concierge, Guest Service and Night teams to exceed our guests’ expectations. You will drive the performance of your team through coaching, regular feedback, support and accountability to deliver intuitive and consistent service. You will support the hotel’s warm and professional guest arrival and departure experiences, along with ensuring all guest requests are proactively sought and fulfilled pre, during and post their stay, with coordinated inter-departmental communication.
The Person
In addition to having experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star hotel, you will be commercially astute and will demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. You will be able to coach and develop a team to deliver intuitive and consistent guest satisfaction and drive guest loyalty. Finally, you will have exceptional attention to detail and be comfortable working with other managers to nurture the hotel’s positioning in the luxury hotel market.
