This enables THG to offer brands access to every product and service required to launch and scale a global e-commerce solution through a single SaaS relationship, which eradicates the complexity and cost of multi-partner relationships. Built to empower both brands and customers alike, the Ingenuity ecosystem takes all the pieces needed for successful e-commerce propositions, and places them under one roof. Encompassing everything from Influencers, SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Paid Social, Social Media, CRM to, Client Marketing.
The Role:
Account growth & management of Key Accounts
Accountable for accelerating project backlog associated with the customer
Driving services renewals and up-sell/growth
Owning change requests and extensions
Internal communications strategy & execution related to the customer
Responsibility for handoff from pre-sales, internal kickoff, and project initiation
Oversight Of Project Management And Administration
Resource scheduling, staffing, onboarding & transitions
Health reporting, ownership and management of escalation
Partnering with practice leaders on resourcing needs, technology gaps, solution-specific pre-sales support, and BU support
Requirements
Proven account management experience
Must have experience working within ecommerce sector
Excellent communication skills
Great organisation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients
A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
Extensive social and business networks
Target driven and total focus on achieving targets and helping grow business
An outside the box, pro-active approach to self-generate business through activity, referrals and networks
