About the Role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Activation Manager, this role will be key in implementing global campaign roll out plans. Working closely with all channel owners to bring campaigns to life from start to finish. Supporting spa and retail partners to ensure strong brand and product growth.
Deliver effective campaign planning with innovative concepts and stories for ESPA
Coordinating and leading key support functions in the development of campaigns and BAU activity, e.g. design, social, content, PR in order to deliver extensive NPD pipeline and projects.
Supporting Global Marketing Manager with extensive expansion plans for US and Asia market. Responsible for growing brand awareness in untapped territories through influencer marketing and mass sampling opportunities.
Optimising the on and offline customer journey in line with brand aspirations and targets
Supporting launch of GWP and EPD calendar; including managing shoots, co-ordinating samples, briefing in supporting literature and POS
Campaign activations; digital, print, POS, events, retailer activations, trade deals
Manage creation of B2B sell in presentations and monthly activation decks
Updating BAU documents in-line with new launches, i.e. order forms, training manuals, price list, new business documents
Spa Support. Main point of contact to provide marketing support for the Sales Teams as required i.e. supporting with unique concept creation, design co-branded promotional materials, developing unique brand plans for key accounts.
Support Marketing Manager in delivery of all campaign materials required for launches. Ownership of Forecasts, briefs and delivery of all POS material and digital assets.
Brand performance; revenue and brand awareness.
Delivering quality global 360 brand assets with agility and effectiveness
Management of campaign guidelines for international territories
Anticipating market and consumer needs and responding with effective solutions
RequirementsCurrently working in beauty marketing
Passion and understanding of the beauty landscape
Team player with ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
Proactive and dedicated
