The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Manager to join our talented Langham Club team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
As a Langham Club Manager you would be tasked with providing excellent customer service, giving the full support to your team, and technically producing high-quality work connected with the following responsibilities:
To ensure that all guests’ needs are being dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently and written down in the logbook.
Greet, check in and perform rooming procedure
Oversee the food and beverage offerings – ensuring that they are in sufficient supply and presented beautifully
Motivate, lead and develop the Langham Club team
Carry out administrative duties e.g. duty rotas, manage holiday requests, sickness/absence, monthly stock takes etc.
Ensure that Health and safety, food hygiene regulations and procedures are followed and respected at all time.
Do you have? –
Previous food and beverage and/or rooms division background
Previous experience of working at a managerial level
Understanding luxury customer service is a must
Warm and welcoming personality
Great attention to detail
Strong managerial and leadership qualities
Previous experience of Opera PMS and MICROS systems is an advantage
