The primary focus of this role will be to assist with developing and driving Patek business in the Los Angeles Market. This will be through a collaborative effort with the NY Patek Salon team and the Patek teams within the Northern America network. The individual will continue to build new and existing clients by employing client development outreach and follow-up. The love of building their own business by nurturing client relationships and developing new client relationships to exceed sales plan is first and foremost in the Patek Specialist skill set.
Through productive peer partnerships, education and communication the Patek Specialist will act as the local subject matter expert and partner with co-workers to navigate through the successful close of consultative and often complex transactions.
The specialist will attend local and regional events and facilitate tailored presentations and client consultations both in person and virtually. Proactively develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and high potential new customers.
The Patek Specialist will be required to maintain knowledge of the local and global watch market from a trend and pricing perspective and possess a proven understanding of other brands and their comparative and competitive qualities with the ability to leverage this knowledge into closing sales.
