Location: The Speechmark London, Southwark (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday)

What will you be doing?
The Network Proposition Manager will be responsible for our #1 asset, our Network. You will create and build our Network propositions roadmap to deliver the customer-facing proof points to showcase our award-winning network, including 5G. You’ll also identify and deliver improvements to continually improve the network experience for each and everyone of our Pay Monthly mobile customers.
You’ll have end to end ownership covering the whole development life-cycle to bring new products/propoositions to market, as well as owning and optimising your existing portfolio. You’ll develop our Network customer narrative by translating and harnessing our technology improvements into proposition strategies which can be executed in market to make a real difference for our customers and Vodafone UK. Your work will be underpinned by customer and market insights and the definition of target audiences.
You’ll define and measure relevant performance targets (operational and commercial) that underpin your propositions, and have an overall impact on the customer experience. You’ll be used to working in matrix organisation, where collaboration across functions is integral to delivering against your personal and company-wide goals.
