Our team, Transformation and Digital, has a critical role in this journey: we aim to deliver a simpler, faster and better customer experience, and we look at it without boundaries.
This role will be responsible for the in-life conversion and value growth and retention journey optimisation as part of the eCommerce team. The role will be part of the digital market enablement and business teams, working in collaboration and partnership with our markets. The team comprise of an expert digital task force who act as trusted advisors.
The team provides support to markets to help identify opportunities, share internal and broader industry best practices and, most importantly, facilitate the delivery of our shared strategic digital initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide eCommerce subject matter expertise by sharing cross sell and upsell best practice.
Map OpCo digital in-life sales journeys specifically upgrade, renewal, cross-sell, upsell, add-lines, add-to-plan.
Demonstrate experience in growing in-life revenue and a solid understanding of in-life customer value.
Support local OpCos in the ongoing analysis and optimisation of their cross-sell, upsell and in-life funnel (lead gen > order > connection).
Regularly share best practice and latest market trends.
Work with OpCos and team in implementation of new eCommerce capability and initiatives to drive digital share of business.
Build/maintain relationships with OpCos and Markets to ensure credible engagement.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Results driven with exceptional attention to detail
Superior presentation skills through use of MS Office applications.
Complex, custom-structured analyses in ambiguous contexts, excellent problem solving and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical capabilities to support the team in the development of business case modelling.
Proven ability to conduct detailed and accurate research in a range of topics.
Should be familiar with agile methodology.
Should be resilient as will be dealing with a large degree of complexity and ambiguity.
Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
Comfortable with explaining complex issues in a simple way.
Project management experience / experience in delivering transformation projects.
